Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, handling returns, and processing voids
- Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Assist pharmacists with tasks, such as filling prescriptions, counting and pouring medications, and checking for potential interactions
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for external program remedy services and handling customer calls
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and rotating stock
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations and customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including those related to patient data and pharmacy operations
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)
- 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, pharmacists, and other team members
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including experience with pharmacy systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Preferred Qualifications:
* PTCB certification (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board)
- Experience working in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to count, measure, and weigh medications accurately
- Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management systems
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
