Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex's clients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems to upgrade or resubscribe their services.
- Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including number of contacts, leads/conversions/sales, and productivity metrics.
- Adhering to standard contact procedures, building relationships, and overcoming prospect objections to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be a North Carolina resident, with a private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions.
- Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service experience, with a strong preference for prior work-from-home call center experience.
- Professional vocabulary, excellent communication skills (oral and written), and assertive, quick thinking.
- Excellent schedule adherence and attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting productivity and sales targets.
- Good computer skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you'll need:
- A reliable computer or laptop, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and a dual-core processor (3 GHz or better).
- A high-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset, webcam, and a separate 19" monitor with a minimum resolution of 1280x1024.
