As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

Earnings and Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, and you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
• Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app
• Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept an AppleOS)

Work Environment Requirements

To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Quiet, uninterrupted space
• Organized desk area

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
