As a Customer Service Representative on our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support.

Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative on our VUE Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and timely attendance
- Making decisions, problem-solving, and holding to an ethical standard
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma
- A designated space and internet capability to work from home
- The ability to pass a background check
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
