Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
  • Assist customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must reside in the State of Georgia

* Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidates.
