Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (Full Time, $20/Hr Start)

Job Summary:
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers, identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner
- Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
- Ensure high production levels while maintaining accuracy
- Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any data entry-related issues
- Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
- Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
- Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
- Proficient with AS400
- Accurate typing and spelling skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a similar role in the transportation industry
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
