Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex, you will:

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer responses, resolving product, service, or account issues, and selling targeted products and services as part of client-initiated interactions.
  • Provide mobile device support, troubleshoot login issues and/or technical issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution.
  • Promote professional and customer-friendly delivery of service to internal and external customers, creating a connection and developing rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
  • Ensure customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect both the customers and the company.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, and escalate to the appropriate party.
  • Build, develop, and maintain partnerships with teammates and specialists to maximize effectiveness and serve customers.
  • Maintain abreast and informed of changes in the company's products, services, and procedures.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, code of ethics, and all Federal, State, and local laws.

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in mobile device support, financial services, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution.
  • Ability to educate customers on a service or product solution.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Proficiency in basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and instructions of management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet common objectives.
  • Ability to respond to internal and external requests as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or retail environment.

  • Strong knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and software applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $29,250 - $47,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
