Job Overview

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours a week, with a set schedule that includes breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer service calls, ranging from billing and payments to plan changes and upgrades, using creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer questions and concerns
  • Navigate multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records, ensuring effective and timely resolutions for customers
  • Provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, along with quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance
  • Simplify explanations of customer bills, rate plans, and features of arenaflex's products and services, performing basic troubleshooting on both products and services as needed

What You Can Expect

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $15.54 - $17.36, with additional compensation up to $3,000 if all sales goals and performance expectations are met. Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required
  • Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
  • Ability to work from home, meeting arenaflex's WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
  • Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts, following technical support processes, complying with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, recurring management routines, manual and automated remote monitoring policies, etc.
