Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Support Specialist to join our property management division. As the first point of contact for our tenants and prospective residents, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and prioritizing communications for our property managers. Your expertise in handling inbound calls, pre-screening potential clients, and fulfilling tasks as requested will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live answer all inbound calls for our property management division during normal office hours, providing timely and professional support to our clients.
  • Pre-screen inbound calls based on motivation level and property details to schedule appointments and ensure effective communication with our property managers.
  • Fulfill tasks as requested by our property managers, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enter all calls into our logging system and route them to the appropriate team member, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and company policies and procedures related to property management, maintaining a high level of awareness and adherence to our standards.

Qualifications and Skills
