Job Summary

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits.
