Your Job Responsibilities

As a remote customer service sales representative, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting leads: You will be responsible for contacting the leads we provide, to schedule virtual meetings with clients and present benefit programs to enroll new clients.
  • Presenting benefit programs: You will need to present benefit programs to clients, to help them understand the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Cultivating relationships: You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, to build trust and loyalty, and to provide ongoing support and service.
  • Collaborating with your manager: You will need to work closely with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, and to achieve them through dedicated effort and determination.
