Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking packages, resolving issues, and providing real-time updates to customers
  • Offering troubleshooting assistance for shipment and tracking-related problems

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting

Preferred Skills
