Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Scheduling and Customer Services Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
• Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately.
• Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a growth mindset, and maintaining high work standards.
• Improving skills through practice, applying new knowledge or skills quickly, and solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked.
• Enjoying working in a technical workplace, with a strong PC and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to meeting individual and team goals.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on sales and customer service excellence.
• Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn technical and professional knowledge quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman.
