Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as remote customer service representatives and product testers. As an In-Home Usage Tester, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, testing products and services, and providing valuable feedback to our clients. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that offers a competitive pay rate, weekly pay, and the ability to work around your own schedule.

Main Responsibilities

  • Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required documentation.
  • Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
  • Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities.
  • Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions, as required, to discuss the product being tested and provide feedback to market research firms.
  • Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, if required.

Requirements

  • Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine.
  • Access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
