About the Role

We are seeking an experienced French speaking Customer Service Agent to join our international service and sales team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support to their requests regarding bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices. You will assist our business and private customers on the phone and via email, using your excellent communication skills to resolve any issues and provide a full-service package. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to customers regarding their bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices
  • Assist business and private customers on the phone and via email, using online booking systems to make reservations and offer a full-service package
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Use MS-Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, to manage customer interactions and resolve issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a heavy workload
  • Strong team spirit and ability to work in international teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the mobility or transportation industry
