Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is positive, professional, and resolves their queries efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.

Requirements for Success

  • Typing Speed: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute is required, with the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency during data entry tasks.
  • Technical Requirements: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 5 MB and upload speed of 384k. Preferred specifications include download speeds of 10+ MB and upload speeds of 512k.
  • Dedicated Home Office: A dedicated, distraction-free home office space with a lockable door is essential. You will be required to provide a photograph of your workspace as part of the application process.
  • Computer Specifications: Your personal desktop computer should meet the minimum requirements of Windows 10, 4 GB of RAM, and a 2.0 GHz processor. Recommended specifications include 4 GB of RAM and a dual-core processor.
