Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us manage and maintain our vast databases and spreadsheets. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and processing data, searching for additional information, and investigating reports and sheets of data. If you're a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent typing skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and removing nonessential data, as well as combining data from multiple sources
- Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
- Methodically reviewing completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final product
- Filing information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Investigating reports and sheets of data
- Sifting through websites for information
- Retaining detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A mobile, desktop, or laptop computer (arenaflex provides the necessary software and tools)
- A basic knowledge of computers and computer software
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Qualifications

Experience
