Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a seasoned Customer Success Manager who can leverage their expertise in API integration, upselling, and cross-selling to drive client success and expand the value of our offerings. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you'll build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities to enhance their operations, and provide hands-on support to ensure they maximize the potential of our platform. Key Responsibilities

* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and long-term success.

  • API Integration: Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations, drive revenue growth, and expand the value of our offerings.
  • Onboarding and Training: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the platform's offerings, and providing ongoing support to address any questions or concerns.
  • Support Visits: Occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development, ensuring our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience

, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.

Proven experience in API integration and technical troubleshooting

, with a track record of successfully resolving complex technical issues and implementing seamless API connections.

Strong track record of upselling and cross-selling within a B2B environment

, with a proven ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Experience in the hospitality software, property technology, or similar industries

, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
