Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Insurance Service Advisor, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and cultivating enduring client relationships. Your contributions will be fundamental to the success of our Personal Lines Department, directly impacting our profitability goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing robust, trusting relationships with clients during crucial interactions, including policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims consultations.
  • Ensuring precision and efficiency in executing tasks, including managing manual declaration pages, processing downloaded policy transactions, and handling various endorsements.
  • Collaborating effectively with insurance carriers and internal personnel, including underwriters and marketing representatives, to deliver superior customer service and maintain positive partnerships.
  • Supporting team operations by providing backup assistance to fellow Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors, ensuring seamless workflows.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • An active General Lines P&C license (Texas Department of Insurance) is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Bonus structure: up to 10% of base salary, depending on performance

  • Paid time off: 10 days per year, plus holidays and sick leave
