Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals and families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a work-from-home opportunity, and you will be required to work 35 hours per week, with a focus on either a second or third shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, web, or written correspondence

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their benefits, plan details, and self-service tools
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Guide customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as provide access to relevant resources
  • Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate emergencies as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to provide informed support to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide compassionate support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications (e.g., CRM, email, phone systems)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED accepted
