Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity and account issues, and offering step-by-step guidance for internet and device-related problems.
  • Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, using various tools to assist customers effectively and ensuring high-quality service in a 24/7 call center environment.
  • Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
  • Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed and collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting.
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service and contribute to the development of best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and helpdesk systems.
  • Knowledge of internet and networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and platforms.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
