Job Description and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail at arenaflex, you will be the spark that brightens days and ignites your career with our award-winning employment experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers, resolving their issues and exceeding their expectations
  • Make recommendations of products or services, closing sales and driving revenue growth
  • Utilize your fashion sense and knowledge of high-end fashion brands to provide personalized support and advice to customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and performance metrics

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail or e-commerce environment
  • 1 year or more post-secondary education OR 2 years equivalent work experience
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems of mid-to-high level customer service issues
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using technology to support customer interactions
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
  • Knowledge of luxury retail brands and high-end fashion, including current trends and styles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance metrics
