Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt and professional customer support via online chat, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective resolutions to their queries.
  • Answering customer inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account information, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings and policies.
  • Troubleshooting common customer issues and providing resolutions, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
  • Guiding customers through online processes and assisting with account management, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience.
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently, using our CRM software to track and analyze customer interactions.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures for customer service, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or online chat environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to type accurately and quickly, with a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms, with experience with CRM software a plus.
  • US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a deep understanding of our offerings and policies.
  • Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
