Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring every interaction is a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience.
  • Assisting with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
  • Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and optimal store appearance.
  • Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system, maintaining the highest standards of cash handling and security.
  • Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and procedures.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation.

Position Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
  • Experience: Preferably, experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
