Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling routine customer care interactions, including telephone answering service calls, emails, chats, videos, and other communication methods
• Providing excellent customer service, demonstrating good telephone etiquette, active listening skills, and empathy
• Managing multiple client interactions, being cross-trained on different clients, or assigned a dedicated client
• Working from home, adhering to the Work from Home Policy, and maintaining a professional home workspace
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:
