Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Member Experiences: Addressing questions, concerns, and issues related to compliance and policy adherence, ensuring members understand our guidelines and feel supported.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Driving clarity and asking probing questions to identify the root cause of complex issues, providing realistic expectations about next steps and actions.
  • Difficult Conversations: Delivering difficult messages while establishing trust and driving brand loyalty, maintaining resiliency while delivering tough messages.
  • Investigations and Resolution: Conducting thorough investigations of member accounts to identify issues, ensuring consistency and compliance in decision-making processes.
  • Digital Proficiency: Navigating web-based & e-commerce specific software applications, knowledge bases, instant messaging, and internet searches to provide accurate and timely information.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, escalating concerns as needed, and maintaining open communication with members.

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • 3+ Years of Call Center or Relevant Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A stellar communicator with high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence, able to understand and meet the needs of our members.
  • Digital Proficiency: Skilled in navigating web-based & e-commerce specific software applications, knowledge bases, instant messaging, and internet searches.
  • Insightful and Skilled: Able to identify and address complex issues, providing realistic expectations and solutions.
  • Resiliency and Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving working environment, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
