Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Lending Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our consumers who are searching for the best product that fits their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing excellent customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly
  • Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry
  • Identifying customer's goals and objectives
  • Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
  • Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools
  • High School Degree or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Base pay is one part of our total compensation package for Customer Lending Representatives, with a base hourly rate of $17/hour and a monthly bonus incentive
