Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Office Assistant, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of tasks, including:

  • Providing professional and friendly customer service to our clients
  • Handling standard office duties, such as filing, data entry, and mail management
  • Performing general computer tasks, including software applications and email management
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Participating in on-the-job training to develop new skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Strong willingness to work and consistently show up on time

  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or office administration

  • Familiarity with software applications, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay will be commensurate with your abilities and will increase as you acquire new skills and knowledge

  • Merit-based increases in wages are available from the moment you join our team
  • Skill-based pay increases available after mastering tasks such as the filing system, order software, shipping procedures, etc.
  • Within your first year, there is an opportunity to work your way up to a 25% wage increase
  • Paid vacation time and comp time after six months of employment

Schedule

* Working hours are between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm

  • Part-time 15-24 hours during above work hours, flexible but to include Fridays from 10 am to 3:30 pm
