About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team

Our arenaflex work-from-home team is spread across 40 preferred residency states in the USA. Please note that we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll leverage your appreciation for exquisite fashion and exceptional service to support our luxury retail clients. Your day will be filled with opportunities to make a lasting impact, including:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Conducting research to provide personalized solutions and resolve customer inquiries
  • Offering recommendations on products or services to enhance the customer experience and drive sales
  • Resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues with professionalism and poise

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve complex customer issues
  • Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • High-speed internet access (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
