The position begins with an 8-week paid training period, where you will work onsite at arenaflex's offices, followed by a block schedule that includes 2 weeks of remote work and 1 week of onsite work. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and support
  • Utilize basic computer skills, including navigation in Outlook, computer general, and toggling, to efficiently manage and respond to inquiries
  • Apply data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently enter information into computer systems
  • Demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills to resolve inquiries and issues in a professional and effective manner
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to ensure effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 3 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment
  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing experience
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
