Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our Conversational AI team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching and developing Large Language Model (LLM)-based chatbots and conversational AI systems for customer service applications, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in natural language understanding and dialogue management.
  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models for tasks such as language understanding, dialogue management, and response generation, ensuring our solutions are contextually aware and effective.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate LLM-based solutions into arenaflex's customer service platforms, driving seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for data collection, annotation, and model training to ensure high-quality and robust performance of our chatbots, guaranteeing that our customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Conducting experiments and evaluations to measure the performance of our developed models and systems, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI, exploring opportunities to incorporate new techniques and technologies into arenaflex's customer service solutions, and contributing to the advancement of the field through research and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with internal and external research communities, participating in conferences and publications, and contributing to the advancement of the field, cementing arenaflex's position as a leader in conversational AI innovation.

About the Team:

Join our team of scientists and engineers who develop and deploy LLM-based Conversational AI systems to enhance arenaflex's customer service experience and effectiveness. We work on innovative solutions that help customers solve their issues and get their questions answered efficiently, and associate-facing products that support our customer service associate workforce.

Basic Qualifications:

* Master's degree

  • 2+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* PhD

  • 3+ years of building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application experience
