Job Summary:

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC), a state-of-the-art 456-bed teaching medical center, is seeking experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses and Critical Care Registered Nurse Trainees to join our Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) team. As a Critical Care RN, you will plan, evaluate, and implement patient care according to accepted standards of practice. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the SICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in critical care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• One year of full-time equivalent experience as a licensed registered nurse (Critical Care RN Trainee)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Arrhythmia Class, and NIH Stroke Scale Certification (Critical Care RN)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Experience in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit
