Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 12+ months of claims liability-making coverage and liability decisions experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong computer multitasking skills, with experience using software applications and systems
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
