About the Role:

arenaflex is expanding our customer operations, and we're seeking Experienced Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join the team! As a CSA, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. You will facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers

  • Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
  • Provide exceptional client service experiences
  • Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients
  • Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
  • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service level agreements

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Experience with call center software and scheduling tools
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
  • Team-oriented and collaborative

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language)

  • Experience in the language/translation industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and services
