Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coding and entering data into our computer system or database with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verifying the accuracy of the data entered and making necessary corrections
  • Performing various clerical tasks, including data entry, document processing, and communication with other offices and/or the public
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Meeting deadlines and working efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, including Google
  • Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies, or be willing to receive training in those strategies
  • US and Canada resident only

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
