Job Description

As an EBO Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our EBO Division and assisting our Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing a high volume of credit card payments and phone checks collected by EBO on a daily basis
• Manually posting transactions for non-automated client systems
• Updating Excel documents specific to the department
• Performing various clerical type duties on a regular and as needed basis
• Assisting the Support Team Leader, Operations Manager, Coaches, and Customer Service Reps on a daily as needed basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• A GED, High School Diploma, or higher degree
• Familiarity and proficiency on a personal computer and understanding of basic Windows-based operating systems
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EBO Private Pay process (although not mandatory)
• Experience (6-12 months) in A/R is preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred
• High degree of understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial:

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of transactions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Experience working with medical data systems or healthcare organizations
