About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate our products and services. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to provide clear, empathetic, and innovative solutions will make all the difference. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Work from home and set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
- Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour, plus a $310 certification bonus
- Participate in a fast 20-hour certification program to become a TurboTax Product Expert
- Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available
- Build your own schedule with flexible hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week required
- Work with a dedicated team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) who will support and advocate for you
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with TurboTax products and tax return software, including downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, and use this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers
- Collaborate with SMEs and MPS to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues
- Experience working with TurboTax products and services, or a similar tax preparation software
- Certification in a related field, such as accounting or finance
- Strong technical skills, with experience working with software applications and technology platforms
