Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team on a 9-month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, with a focus on mobile integration in Field Service and Customer Engagement. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
- Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Developing and implementing data migration, integration, and reporting strategies in Dynamics 365 CE
- Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Providing exceptional support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate
- Experience with mobile integration in Field Service and Customer Engagement
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a similar role
