Job Summary

As a Client Services Chat Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time assistance to our students, parents, and staff through live chat, email, and messaging platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Respond promptly to chat inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing accurate and timely information.

  • Assist with enrollment questions, technical support, and general concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain professionalism and a friendly tone in all written communications, including chat logs and records.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed about school updates and announcements, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive student information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate chat logs and records, providing valuable insights for process improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or messaging support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
