The Role

As a Digital Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them find the perfect RV or outdoor gear for their next adventure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers through inbound chats in a timely manner, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their outdoor goals
  • Assisting customers in identifying RVs that fit their needs, and scheduling appointments with our dealership specialists to ensure a seamless purchasing experience
  • Improving customer experience by supporting and encouraging their decision to participate in the RV community, and providing resources to help them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining brand consistency by directing customers to relevant resources and ensuring a cohesive brand experience
  • Achieving established performance goals, including resolving customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong commitment to customer experience and a passion for providing exceptional support
  • The ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to act independently, be self-motivated, and work within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Excellent written skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through text-based channels
  • PC keyboarding and internet experience, with a typing speed of > 55 WPM
  • The ability and desire to learn about the RV and outdoor industries, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Past professional experience and accomplished employment history, with a strong track record of customer service and support
  • The ability to effectively communicate via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, live chat, and other digital channels
  • Adaptability to constantly changing environments, with a flexible and positive attitude
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, and/or 2 years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required
