Job Summary

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. The majority of our work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but we also offer the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. Earnings & Revenue

As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with and your performance metrics. Our competitive rates typically range from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics. Your pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, so you'll have the opportunity to earn more as you grow and develop your skills.

• High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed: You'll need a high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed to ensure seamless connectivity.
• Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11: You'll need to use Windows 10 or Windows 11 as your operating system.
• Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: You'll need to have valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed to protect your computer and data.
• Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad: You'll need a smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app.

Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. We're able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
