Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Revenue, Success, Marketing, and Legal, to maximize renewal success and identify additional upselling opportunities
  • Working closely with Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and engage the right sales resources to drive growth within existing accounts
  • Completing renewal lifecycle management, including administrative tasks such as acquiring Purchase Orders, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and order creation and submission
  • Engaging with Revenue and Customer Success counterparts to identify and mitigate risk within your customer base
  • Partnering effectively with sales account executives to support this customer segment

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented problem solver who is committed to ensuring smooth, efficient renewals and anticipating potential challenges. You'll be a team player with a customer-centric focus, prioritizing collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers. As a growth-oriented partner and advocate, you'll be dedicated to identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and driving revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications

* Curiosity around SaaS, technology, or workforce development

  • Basic understanding of business development, sales, or customer success
  • Comfortable using a variety of communication methods, including sending outbound emails, making outbound phone calls, conducting virtual meetings, and leading webinars
  • Business sense and ability to analyze data to address customer situations
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company

  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements

* Travel Requirements: Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location

Compensation

The annual base salary + variable for this role is $63,000 - $70,000 USD. arenaflex's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable.
