Your Role
As a Customer Success Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing our customers: Understanding their needs and how arenaflex helps them achieve their goals.
- Providing expert support: Handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email about arenaflex and impact investing.
- Shaping our product: Gathering customer feedback to help improve the platform and create a seamless user experience.
- Facilitating onboarding: Guiding customers through account setup, verification, and getting started with arenaflex.
- Driving continuous improvement: Contributing to refining customer touchpoints and updating resources like our FAQ section.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a talented freelancer or contractor who's passionate about sustainable investing and customer success. You'll be an excellent fit for this role if you:
Are fluent in German and English
(C1 level or higher in both). Swiss German and/or French are a plus.
Have a passion for spreading the word about sustainable investing
and arenaflex's mission.
Possess excellent problem-solving skills
and empathy for customer needs.
Enjoy using technology
, including CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and standard office applications (e.g., G-Suite, MS Office).
Have experience with phone and email support

Are curious about finance
and how sustainable investing can change the world (financial knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement).
