Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you'll have a wide range of duties, including:

  • Guiding new customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring they're fully trained and can effectively use our product.
  • Providing deep subject matter expertise on arenaflex solutions and best practices to help customers achieve value.
  • Offering technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and helping demonstrate the value of the product's capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion.
  • Serving as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Communicating with highly technical customers and explaining highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Collecting customer feedback on product functionality and working with the product development team to implement improvements.
  • Maintaining regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Creating and maintaining a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
  • Working closely with the support, sales, product development, and other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
  • A strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems
  • Scripting experience is helpful
  • Self-motivation as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals
  • Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
