Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Client Care division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from members, providing personalized support and answering questions about their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions

  • Investigate and resolve member concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Strong computer skills in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
