Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients by researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This is a hybrid/remote position, with a fully onsite schedule during training and a block schedule (2 weeks work from home, 1 week in office) after training. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and responding to written inquiries from clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and data in our database
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions with clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise and knowledge
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Detail-oriented and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
