Program Overview
Our on-demand certification program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in customer support roles. As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, work from the comfort of your own home, and earn a competitive hourly rate of $17. Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex customer support specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards and service level agreements
Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept Apple OS)
Work Environment Requirements
To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need to:

Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll maintain a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and expenses. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
