Job Summary

As a Full Stack OT Systems Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing OT systems and applications that meet the business needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in OT systems engineering, software development, and problem-solving will enable you to make a significant impact on our business and help us drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and implement OT systems and applications that meet the business needs of our customers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Perform field visits to assess execution, survey establishments, and provide project support
  • Test applications to ensure that plans meet requirements, business needs, and determine the best solutions
  • Manage project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, plan, inception, startup/plan, building, and deployment
  • Work with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify issues that need to be resolved by specialists or application developers quickly
  • Communicate with supervisory teams to provide updates and ensure effective execution of plans
  • Gather data from test results to compare with benchmarking data and ensure effectiveness
  • Perform field verification to ensure that installed systems meet clients' and group's establishment standards
  • Manage vendors and contractors for workstation, server, and installed system software development for complex control systems
  • Provide field support for the integration of systems as needed
  • Work with colleagues to determine project requirements from overall system plans and to obtain suitable solutions
  • Attend design review meetings with internal and external colleagues to identify business needs and system requirements

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in OT systems engineering, software development, and problem-solving
  • Strong background in Advanced Mechanics Framework Improvement and Incorporations
  • Experience with C++, Python, Drawl, MatLab
  • Broad experience with Linux-based Operating System Environments
  • Experience in advanced mechanics or material handling system designs/Improvement/applications/and coordination
  • Familiarity with current security methods and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • 10+ years of experience in OT systems engineering, software development, and problem-solving
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Strong communication and project management skills
