Key Responsibilities
As an Outreach Specialist for arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us reach out to Airbnb hosts and offer them our comprehensive services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching and identifying Airbnb hosts who may benefit from our services, using a combination of online tools and industry expertise.
- Contacting hosts via email, social media, or other platforms, presenting our service offerings and clearly communicating the benefits of 24/7 customer support, technical assistance, and marketing strategies.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hosts through follow-up communications and providing answers to any initial questions.
- Keeping track of outreach efforts, responses, and leads using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Meeting weekly outreach and lead generation targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or outreach, particularly in the vacation rental or Airbnb space.
