Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding grocery delivery services, resolving customer complaints, and providing data entry support. This is a full-time, open-ended temporary position, and you will be working remotely from the Carlisle, PA area. Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls regarding grocery delivery services for one of arenaflex's stores, providing exceptional customer support and resolving any issues or concerns

  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and support the efficient operation of arenaflex's grocery delivery services
  • Answer general in-store questions, such as product availability and restocking schedules, to provide customers with accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

• Familiarity with Google Chrome and ability to navigate multiple software applications

  • Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and resolving customer complaints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience in the grocery industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
